Luftkissenfahrzeug der US Navy / Coronado beach is the best beach to stroll along. Very nice view. Great for sunsets. La Jolla Cove is also very nice - Worth the parking nightmare. If you like rocky beaches be sure to go to Sunset Cliffs. At very low tides you~~ll be able to find some tidepools there.
