English: Pinnacle, Mullach an Eilean I got my first close up view of Hirta while contemplating this grassy pinnacle between myself and the summit of Mullach an Eilean. Tried to ignore the 350m drop to the sea on the right. Had I fallen off the left hand side, I would have bounced.
Once past the small step, the obvious grassy catwalk leads to the summit. |
