English: How does a photocopier/xerox work? I've created a picture about it:
1. Eine Trommel lädt sich statisch auf 2. A lamp shines on the original document. Light parts of the original document reflect the light, dark parts don't; 3. The static charge on the drum is canceled by the reflected light; 4. The static charged parts load attract toner which sticks to the drum; 5. The paper is given a static charge; 6. The paper then goes past the drum. The toner sticks to the paper now; 7. Hot rollers melt the toner onto the paper the copy is created!Nederlands: Hoe werkt nu eigenlijk een kopieerapparaat? Ik heb het uitgezocht en in een afbeelding op een rijtje gezet:
1. Een rol wordt statisch geladen; 2. Een lamp schijnt op het originele document. Op de lichte plaatsen van het origineel wordt het licht weerkaatst, op donkere plaatsen niet; 3. De statische lading, die op de rol zat, wordt opgeheven door het weerkaatste licht, maar alleen op de plaatsen waar licht komt; 4. Daar waar nog statische lading is plakt toner aan de rol zoals een statisch geladen ballon aan de muur blijft plakken; 5. Het papier wordt statisch geladen; 6. Het papier gaat vervolgens langs de rol. De toner plakt nu aan het papier;7. Hete rollen smelten de toner vast op het papier en de kopie is klaar! |
