Hello Mysha, thanks for letting me know. In this special case the creator was running through many smaller projects even those who do unfortunately not have any active members. While I understand that it might be possible for wikis with some members to translate, it is not for those with no members and I would not want to read an encyclopedia in another lanuage, where every second page is in English... Therefore I figured that a deletion request will do the right thing, on the wikis with communities, they can decide if they want to delete it or not, but I will remember that other template for the future.
