Sorry to bother you I left this message previously to Drewes but I think he was too busy to reply. I apologize sincerely I don't speak your language so I hope you'll forgive me for using English. My name is Claudi Balaguer (User Capsot from the Catalan and Occitan Wikipedias) and I'm currently working on a campaign to help our association "Amical de la Viquipèdia" in order to be accepted as a Chapter, demand which has been rejected because Catalan is not a state language.
I'd like to begin a campaign here just like I did in the other Wikipedias but unfortunately I don't know your language, so if you had some spare time to translate it to your language and replace the Alemannic part of the template with Frisian according to the English text, I would be extremely grateful and also the sentence "Category:Wikipedians giving their support to Wikimedia CAT".
