You renamed the page on Mount Snowdon from its English name Snowdon to its Welsh name Yr Wyddfa, and added the following reason: "Welsh is the majority language in this region and of course it's also the indigenous language of the region. Local place names should be respected, especially because Frisian is also a minority language. Speakers of minority languages should be solidar to each other by using indigenous place names of other language areas too."

Sure, local place names should be respected, but that is not the same as to say that we should ignore reality altogether. This has nothing to do with speakers of minority languages being solidary with eachother. Snowdon or Mount Snowdon is a familiar name, whereas Yr Wyddfa is completely unknown in the Netherlands. I don't expect people outside of the Friesland to use the (Frisian) name Ljouwert for our provincial capital Leeuwarden, and you cannot expect us to use the name Yr Wyddfa, which I bet most people in the Netherlands don't even know how to pronounce, in favor of the well-known form Snowdon. It is our policy, here in the Frisian-language Wikipedia, to go with the most well-known geographical name.
