As a night fighter, from mid-1942, the Mosquito was used to intercept ''[[Luftwaffe]]'' raids on the [[Feriene keninkrykKeninkryk]], most notably defeating the German aerial offensive, ''[[Operation Steinbock]]'', in 1944.
